Wholesale Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All wholesale orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days following the receipt of full payment. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or for high-volume orders, in which case you will be notified promptly.

2. Shipping Carriers

To ensure reliable delivery, we ship exclusively through UPS and Canada Post. The choice of carrier is determined at the time of checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the shipment.

3. Shipping Liability & Risk of Loss

Ownership of goods and the risk of loss transfer to the buyer at the moment the shipment is handed to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point).

• Carrier Responsibility: Cloud Nine Collective is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost in transit, or damaged by the carrier.

• Insurance: We recommend that wholesale clients request additional shipping insurance for high-value orders. Please contact us prior to shipping if you wish to add extra coverage.
