Wholesale Terms of Service

1. Account Eligibility

By purchasing from Cloud Nine Collective, you represent that you are a valid business entity purchasing goods for resale or commercial use. We reserve the right to request a valid business license or tax ID at any time.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Confidentiality: Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared with third parties or the general public.

• Payment Terms: Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received and cleared. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and EFT. Terms for delayed payment are not available.

3. Order Minimums

All wholesale orders must meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ) or minimum order value of (determined by item). Orders failing to meet these requirements may be cancelled.

4. Intellectual Property

Retailers may use our product photography and descriptions solely for the purpose of reselling the products purchased from us. Modification of brand assets without written consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cloud Nine Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products sold. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
